Arriving
Once we have scheduled an appointment time with you, you can expect us to stick to this time. The technicians from our company will arrive when they say they will! The technician assigned to your project will be specifically trained in the type of workmanship needed for your project. They will also show up wearing a Kase Restoration uniform and provide professional, friendly service from start to finish. Before they begin any work, they will review the job with you to confirm the length of the project and the price. The work
When it comes to completing the work, our technicians are happy to use any materials or products you supply. Kase Restoration can pick up any necessary materials for you, how ever you will need to pay for the material, gas and time for the technician that will spend on that project. Your Technician can begin on the project while you do the shopping for additional materials.

You can be confident knowing that your property is protected when you call on Kase Restoration. All our technicians are fully insured for accidental damage and have workers’ compensation. That means if one of our handymen is injured on the job, you are free of liability.

Payments for work completed
Most of our services are billed at an hourly rate. In other words, you only pay for the amount of hours it takes to complete the job daily, you have the authority to stop the work at any time and pay what was only made that day or the hours that the technician worked. We make sure to review how long we expect it to take for us to perform any necessary repairs, maintenance, installation, or other services. Payment should be made at the end of each day unless other arrangements have been made with Kase Restoration.
